We  encourage and welcome the participation of  women in hunting sports and conservation efforts.  For some women, hunting is often a family tradition. We also know that many women who have not been introduced to hunting and living the outdoor lifestyle are looking for opportunities to learn more and/or experience various outdoor activities.

 

This is why we have sponsored the Kansas chapter of Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) . They host workshops focused on the learning of outdoor skills - skills usually associated with hunting and fishing, but useful for many outdoor pursuits including learning outdoor skills such as hunting, fishing, orienteering, backpacking, camping and boating.
